Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to any locations outside the USA. The customer will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.
For goods purchased within the USA, an 9.75% sales tax will be applied to goods shipped to any place within the sate of California.

Refunds: Refunds are granted for items that are not custom made, or made to order. We understand that shopping online for that perfect dress or a stunning pair of shoes can be a difficult proposition, so we are glad to make the process a little bit simpler for you. Returns will be accepted for refund, minus a 15% restocking fee and the original cost of shipping. To qualify for a refund, the item must be postmarked in the mail within 5 days of delivery. Please allow 24 hours for a return request to be answered. Items that show evidence of wear, smell like smoke, have stains (make-up, grass), body odor, or smell like cigarette smoke will not be accepted and returned immediately to the sender at the sender's expense. If there are any tags, they must be attached, and the condition of the item shipped must be undoubtedly original. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges back. When shipping the item back to us it is important that it must not require a signature because if we happen to miss the delivery person, we will not be able to retrieve from the delivery company. Items ordered using a store credit voucher are not eligible for a refund. All returned items will automatically be accepted for exchange unless otherwise indicated.
